Cooling Tower Manufacturing Company in India

We may not be aware of the name, but have seen the cooling towers in various industries. A cooling tower is said to be the essential part of any power station, and also a common site on a wide range of other structures and buildings. Nowadays, the cooling towers have become essential equipment in various industries around the world. Commonly, these towers are associated with the big factories, sugar manufacturing, steel manufacturing, refineries or power plants.

The cooling towers or the industrial cooling towers are designed such a way that it remove the excess waste heat to the atmosphere from the power station in order to keep the reactors of the power station safe and cool. The cooling towers can do it in a number of ways like, by using the evaporated water to cool the working fluid and to remove the process heat and another by relying on the air to cool the working fluid to dry the temperature of the bulb. The cooling process of the cooling towers completely depends on the type of the cooling tower which is used. Apart from all these types, the industrial cooling towers can also be fan-less or fill less. Both of these cooling towers entirely depend on the natural procedure of cooling.

According to the various sizes and the procedure of work, the cooling tower can be of various sizes like FRP cooling tower or natural drift cooling tower. Some of these cooling towers are very small and some of the cooling towers have large and rectangular units. Apart from that, the cooling towers can also be differentiated by their work process. Like as: the HVAC cooling tower, which helps in heating, ventilating and air conditioning. As a whole, the industrial cooling towers are now enable to meet with the necessities of the industry to a great extent and also offer the increase in the industrial requirements of any country.

Today, various industrial companies in India use the equipment. The commercial cooling towers are in vogue too as location cooling has become a necessity to process the cooling. The liquid which is used in the cooling towers to cool the fluid also has a huge importance. If the liquid is not properly used, then it can result in the growth of algae and harmful bacteria, which can later affect the health of the workforce. Moreover, if the liquid is not properly treated, it can result in scaling and can also lead to corrosion of installation as well as of the equipment.

Nowadays, several Indian companies are manufacturing industrial cooling towers, which are also exported to the other countries. Netra-Infra Tech Pvt Ltd is one of the leading cooling tower construction company that specialize in constructing various types of cooling tower like: Natural draft cooling towers, Induced draft cross flow cooling towers, Induced draft counter flow cooling towers. This cooling tower construction company also offers service like annual maintenance contract of the industrial cooling towers which ensures a regular and proper maintenance of the industrial cooling towers.

The Cooling Towers Design - Netra Infra Tech Pvt. Ltd.

We all know that the cooling towers are extensively used as the air conditioning system for the industrial plants and manufacturing units. The cooling towers are a common feature for any industries or factories, but they are also one of the most essential parts of these industrial units.

Whether it is an industry or a hospital or a big multiplex, cooling towers are required to keep the air cool inside. The cooling towers remove waste heat from a particular place and fill it with cool and fresh air. This cooling component of the tower cools off the warm water that gets stored in the chiller condenser of the tower. If you take a close look at the positioning of the cooling towers, then you will notice that the cooling towers are always installed at the end of the heat transfer process, since the waste heat gets transferred in the atmosphere.

In general, the cooling towers are designed in two different ways. These are:
  • The Cross Flow Design
  • The Counter Flow Design

The Cross Flow Tower
The basic mechanism of the cross flow cooling towers is that the water must remain at a particular angle to the airflow so that it can function properly. Any cooling tower that uses the technology of cross flow has a box like structure and it can work by pumping the hot water along the top of the cooling tower. The hot water then gets distributed in the two different sides of cooling tower and then it gets dropped through the tiny holes. There are plastic intake louvers or fans fitted at the sides of the cooling towers which enable the hot water to expand and spread before dropping. Afterwards this air gets sucked in from the outside inside the cooling towers by the help of the many fans. When the air comes in contact with the falling water droplets, it gets cooled off and goes to the bottom of the cooling tower. The cooled water in then pumped out again from the chiller dispenser. The excess heat that remains in the chiller gets transferred to water. This is how the cycle keeps on repeating to cool off the hot air.

The Counter Flow Tower
The counter flow cooling tower functions quite different from the cross flow cooling towers. The air flow passage of this type of cooling tower located directly against the water flow. However, the counter flow also follows the same course of water flow as in the cross flow and water it spread out. But these types of towers are shaped like a funnel and they have only one fan fitted at the centre of the cooling tower. Below the fan there is a rotating water pipe for distribution. The water distribution pipe spreads out the water from a side and this helps in rotating the distributor. Because of the distributor the water gets dropped over the air inletting louvers and when the air gets in contact, it cools off.

Basics of Cooling Towers - All You Need To Know

Everybody probably have viewed quite a few long towers from where smokes continue coming out without even realizing what that is. They are actually industrial cooling towers which were many-a-times seen in several Nuclear Electricity Plants or any such factories etc, and can be seen as tall and stout grey constructions which make up power plant factory or such as mentioned.

Ongoing Projects of Netra Infra Tech

Moreover from being a representation of a colourful cartoon perspective, existent real life cooling towers are indispensable essentials of any sort of electricity plant stations, and are also widespread web site on a sum of other characteristics and structures. As being hinted by the name only the cooling towers are designed in such a way so as to utilize the process of getting rid of too much unnecessary and misused warmth or heat from factories and power plants such as an electrical power plant and force out the unnecessary heat into the atmosphere, as a result of keeping hold of the reactors of the power plants awesome and free from any risk.

Cooling tower manufacturers are stretched all over the world which is in accordance to the measurement of the requirements of cooling towers by the various industrial sectors all over the world for the purpose it serves, i.e. to control the temperature for superior yield.

The cooling towers actually attempt an excellent number of tactics and strategies, by the use of the evaporation process of the drinking water so as to get rid of system high temperature and calm down the undertaking working fluid with the lesser temperature of the wet-bulb, or correct the hotness.

This is a very useful process of cooling by counting on the air to amaze the working fluid for the dry-bulb temperature; it is, in fact, dependent contained by the category of cooling tower which is put into use. These cooling towers can vary in measurement. The responsibility is upon the magnitude of the setting up, altogether with the approach of the work to be carried out within them. They may be natural draft cooling tower, for example which works with the help of natural procedures.

Nevertheless, many towers are factually quite diminutive, and may also be referred to as roof-top models. But several others are extended to greatly outsize rectangular elements which will be beyond forty meters in height and eighty meters according to the length towards the amazingly huge, rounded constructions that possibly will be through hundred meters in height and a hundred meters in accordance to the width. In the point of fact, the biggest cooling tower in the world can be entitled with a breath-taking 200 meters in height to the Niederaussem Electricity Station in Germany.

There are in fact a huge number of differing categories of towers that can be found. And also there are types of towers that rely on the function it has got to make an effort to do and complete. As an example, the FRP Cooling Towers that are the category of the reliable cooling towers, which are resistant in extremeness of the natural environments.

Importance of the Industrial Cooling Towers

With the increase rate of population all over the world, there has been a huge rise in the rate of needs and requirement by the human world in every aspect. This has forced the industrial sector to manufacture more and more products each and everyday. This in turn led the production of loads of heat each and every day.

The excessive production procedure of the factories in the industrial sector keeps on the excessive out come of heat as by-product. This led to the cooling tower manufacturers to come into being. There are loads of ways to decrease the temperatures in the industrial sectors, but the most effective and cheaper way of resolving this problem is the installation of a cooling tower in the factories. These cooling towers are the pieces of equipments that are utilized for the heat elimination purposes. These devices basically extracts waste heat, produced as the by-products in the industrial segments, into the environment through the cooling of a stream of water to a lower temperature.

The industrial cooling towers are a very much new and important concept which is required in the factories especially in the factories which give up a very high rate of heat into the atmosphere, like the nuclear power plants, or chemical refineries, or petroleum refineries, etc. The most important use of huge, industrial cooling towers is to eliminate the heat or the high temperatures that are captivated in the circulating systems of the cooling water that are used.

The cooling towers apply the process of heat exchange with the help of machine builds which are specifically and efficiently relocate heat from one liquid to the other. Familiar kinds of heat exchanger comprise of parallel flow, counter flow, and cross flow.

There are a numerous number of cooling towers that can be seen installed in the different factories. But most common is the utilization or the installation of the natural draft cooling tower, because this type of cooling towers utilizes no power consumption in its processing, hence its name as it utilizes the natural flow and buoyancy of air. The other type of cooling towers in accordance to the mode of flow of air is the Mechanical draft cooling, which can be separated from the natural draft as the mechanical type consumes power so as to work. The mechanical type can be again classified into two types, such as the induced draft cooling towers and forced draft cooling towers, which are classified in accordance to the way of flow of air that are being forced and utilized in cooling towers.

There are even cooling towers that utilize a technique utilizing some of the method of the natural draft, such as the flow of air, mixed with only some course of action of the mechanical draft such as utilizing the power of the fans to force the air flow. There are numerous types cooling towers that are being produced all over the world, such as the FRP cooling towers, Timber cooling towers, Dry cooling towers, RCC cooling towers, Closed Circuit Cooling Towers, etc.

Use of Cooling Tower in Industries - Industrial Cooling Tower Construction Company

Cooling tower in India is not a new concept. It is a device which is used in the temperature control of any industrial purpose. The machines are used in the cooling down or remove the waste heat from the machineries of factories so as to yield better productivity and services. This type of cooling procedure includes the technique of the evaporation of the working fluid.

Natural draft cooling tower construction is very much popular than that of the mechanical cooling towers. This is because the natural draft utilizes natural flow and buoyancy of the air so as to remove the heat via the tall chimney like cooling towers; whereas the mechanical draft is dependent on the power driven fans which can force or draw the air in such a way that the purpose of the cooling is served. Not only that, there is another product that can be found using some of the features of mechanical draft cooling towers incorporated in the natural draft cooling towers producing a new type of the cooling towers known as the fan assisted natural draft cooling towers.

The flow in such devices is same as the natural draft yet this device uses the fans to work. The mechanical draft cooling towers are subdivided into two parts depending on the mechanism of affected air flow. They are the Induced draft cooling towers and the forced draft cooling towers. Among the different variable induced draft cooling the most advanced is the type induced draft counter flow ones which are being designed after lot of researches and observations which save more space, power consumption and use of water. The main induced draft counter flow cooling towers company in India includes the Netra-Infra Tech Pvt. Ltd. This type is mostly used in the Indian industrial factories because of the technology which is best suited in the Indian conditions.

The most important material that is used mostly in the construction of the cooling towers is the FRP. This material is not only important but also very much valuable in the difficult weathers. A numerous variable category of FRP cooling tower can be found among the manufacturers because of the high withstanding power during the case of high wind flow velocity or any unexpected shock or even vibrations. This manufactures include the FRP round bottomed cooling towers, square shaped cooling towers, PC XE Series Bottle cooling towers, Induced draft cooling towers, Seamless Cooling Tower, etc.

Cooling Towers And Its Usefulness - Netra Infra Tech Pvt. Ltd.

Cooling Towers are one of the most important parts of any industries and manufacturing units. Almost every manufacturing industry requires a heat removal device to remove their waste heat. Cooling towers were first used commercially for the power plants more than hundred years ago. Even now nothing could replace cooling towers for the heat waste removal of power plants. Power plants are conveniently situated beside a water body so as to facilitate the operations of the cooling towers. The cooling towers in India have come into commercial use when the industries started to develop.

The cooling towers have since developed and used advanced technology to consume less energy and dissipate more heat effectively and efficiently. Now cooling towers are available in different variety and each of the variety has their unique features that are required by some specific industries. One of the most common yet widely used cooling towers is the FRP cooling tower. These types of cooling towers are made from a material that is glass reinforced plastic. They are available in square types and upright bottle types.

The FRP cooling tower is normally used as an industrial cooling tower and they are mechanical counter flow tower. The FRP cooling towers will suck in the hot air or heat waste from the bottom and take it through the tower to discharge it at the top. In a FRP cooling tower the water travels from the tops and the air travels from the bottom and that is why the water droplets gets more time to contact with the hot air. The FRP cooling towers cool the air with the process of evaporation as well as balanced amount of water circulation.

The natural draft cooling tower is also known as the hyperbolic cooling tower. The operation of the natural draft cooling tower involves the hot air to travel upwards through the draft towers while the cool air drifts through inlets in the tower. This type of cooling towers does not require a fan to cool down air. This is because of the design and layout of the natural draft cooling tower. The design of this tower does not let the hot air to circulate and that is why it does not require a fan. The natural draft cooling tower construction requires concrete material and the height of these towers can up to 200meters.

For very big industries or power plants the RCC natural draft cooling towers are used and some people also chooses the FRP natural draft cooling towers to maintain affordable cost.

The induced draft counter flow cooling towers functions more like the natural draft but it requires fan to induce the airflow in the tower and this tower also makes the air to move horizontally and not vertically like other cooling towers. The best induced draft counter flow cooling tower company in the country make some of the most technologically advanced cooling towers that are required in various industries and plants. While the cooling towers will never go out of use, they will get more efficient with time.

Cooling Tower Manufacturer in India - Provide Complete Details about Cooling Tower

Cooling towers are devices which are mainly used to reject heat from any industrial purpose factory or similar places so as to keep the machineries heat free. If the machineries are kept cooler, then they can yield more products than in the case of heated machines.

As against the myth that cooling towers are only found in the nuclear factories, but they can be even found in all the industrial sectors, from refineries to metal melting factories, the cooling towers are required everywhere. Cooling towers, by and large, are used to pull out heat from either heated machines or from the products that are manufactured or even from the by-products. Actually the heats that are produced are generally by-products.

It is even seen that heat is required to produce so as to start the manufacturing process. In simple words, there are certain times when heat is required to be generated so as to manufacture the product of the factory. Without heat they are unable to be manufactured. A cooling tower are generally seen as large smoke stacks that generate out tremendous smoke through the opening of the towers to the air. They are can be of two types:

Natural draft cooling towers which act with the help of the buoyancy of the air, where the air passes upwards through the tall chimney of the cooling towers. The second is the mechanical draft cooling towers. They actually use power to turn few fans so that the air can blow the heat out or draw the cool in through the tower chimneys. There are various shapes and sized in which many a Cooling tower Construction Company produce the cooling towers. But in spite of being available in various shapes & sizes they are fore-mostly & primarily produced for the removal of heat from any factorial field.

It is not possible for the workers to work in the factory where there is a necessity of rise in temperature for the production of the product of the factory. Hence it is impossible to keep the heat produced as the by-products which sometimes may reach up to 500 degree Fahrenheit. Here comes the essentiality of the cooling towers. They either draw in or pull out heat for the cooling procedure according to the requirement or the make of the cooling tower or the factory.

The industries most of times, may be for all the times, uses natural help to be utilized in the cooling towers so as to cool the required object down. Many a times it is often seen that water is being required to act as a cooling agent on the cooling towers. This require cold water to come in from the nearby huge water body & the heated water after cooling is also diverted back to the same water body. The use of the cooling may be act as threats to the atmospheric balance. But without them there won’t be a possibility of growth in the industrial sector. There are various kind of cooling towers, such as the FRP cooling tower, Dry Cooling Towers, Timber Cooling Towers, etc.
