Industrial Cooling Tower Manufacturer in India

Cooling towers are nothing but devices that reject or remove excess heat into the air. The excess heat or the waste heat needs to be dispersed through the cooling towers in order to keep the inside of a house, factory or laboratory, cool. There are two different process of cooling waste heat. They are wet bulb temperature and the other one is dry bulb temperature. Cooling that is caused through evaporation is called the wet bulb temperature and the waste heat that is directly towards the atmosphere is the dry bulb temperature. Cooling towers are available in different types. The type of cooling towers will depend on the purpose of installing it. However there are three major types of cooling towers that are used widely. These are:

FRP Cooling Towers

FRP cooling towers are made out of aluminium sheets, steel sheets, alloys, nickel and brass. These types of cooling towers are required for industrial purposes. Some of sectors where FRP cooling towers are used include soap factories, pipes, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food and beverages, anodizing and even film industries. The most essential features of the FRP cooling towers are:
  • Corrosion resistant
  • Optimum efficiency in performance
  • Low power consumption
  • Less cost of maintenance.
The natural draft cooling towers are primarily used for cooling down the temperature. This type of cooling towers has been in use for more than hundred years now. And they are a common feature in any energy production units. These are especially used in every power plant all over the world. The key features of a natural draft cooling tower include:
  • It is very economical
  • The level of depreciation is very low and thus it can go on for years.
  • Since this cooling tower is fixed to a place on a concrete structure, it offers excellent reliability as well as dependability.
  • The maintenance is very low

Industrial Cooling Towers

Industrial cooling towers are large scale cooling towers that are used for dispersion the heat caused by an industry. Since the production of heat is massive, industries require huge cooling towers in order to suck in the hot air from the working area and filling it with cool air. There are plenty of manufacturers who make large scale industrial cooling towers. All cooling towers can be customized. Industrial cooling towers are made according to the requirement for a certain industry. Cooling tower manufacturers in India offers affordable solutions for industries that need many cooling towers.

There are various other types of cooling towers available in the market. It depends on the requirements of the buyers. If you are located in India then you will be able to find plenty of cooling tower manufacturers who make these types of cooling towers. All the manufacturers are available on the website nowadays. Thus if a requirement comes, you would not need to hunt for it elsewhere other than the internet. You can sit at home and search for the best manufacturer.

  2. Hello Dude,

Cooling towers are heat removal devices used to transfer process waste heat to the atmosphere. It may either use the evaporation of water to remove process heat and cool the working fluid to near the wet-bulb air temperature or in the case of closed circuit dry cooling towers rely solely on air to cool the working fluid to near the dry-bulb air temperature. Thanks a lot......
